The most significant experience in my life happened about a year ago, which reminded me of a dream I had years back. I once dreamt of being in a place where I cannot see anyone but I could hear many screaming and crying. Even though I could not see anything I knew that I did not belong there. I was terrified and I started crying in my dream. I woke up instantly but I could not move, my eyes were wide open and I was crying. All I said was ‘Jesus,’ that’s when I got out of bed and prayed.
A year ago, I started having similar dreams. I dreamt of Jesus, I saw Him sitting on a very beautiful horse when the sky opened and He was coming down to save His people. I remember the feeling I felt vividly and instead of rejoicing and praising Him and welcoming Him, I was scared. My body quivered for I knew I did not live a blameless or righteous life. I was simply not ready.
I was never afraid of the dark but it became hard for me to sleep with lights switched off. Everyday before I would sleep I prayed and asked for forgiveness, I was scared to fall asleep because I did not want to have such a dream. I was ashamed for having such feelings.
One particular day, I had a sound sleep. I woke up and thanked God for it. There was something special about that day. Even though I did not dream of anything, a friend called early in the morning and he told me that he had a dream about me. In that dream he saw my soul going home (Heaven) and God was waiting for me with open arms to welcome me. My friend spent the whole morning drawing exactly what he saw so I could cherish it. Finally, on that day I had thanked God for loving me inspite of all the things. All these dreams and experiences changed me.

The purpose behind my desire to join Nichols Roy Bible College is because firstly, I want to be rooted into the teachings and guidance of The Church of God to which I belong. Secondly, proper guidance is essential for better understanding, insight and paths to be closer to God and I believe that Nichols Roy Bible College is the right place for it.

After graduation my personal goal is to pursue higher studies in the field of Theology. I want to complete my Masters in Divinity, Masters in Theology and PhD.

Nichols - Roy Bible College can help me achieve my goals by providing me with quality education and proper guidance to enhance my knowledge and determination to devote myself in the field of Theology. The College will prove to be my haven where I can grow in an atmosphere congenial for me. It will give me a chance to search myself and introspect the important areas where I can improve myself. My spirituality and devotion will definitely be better rooted in this college. I strongly believe that the teachings which I will receive in the college will help me grow and prosper in my knowledge about God and the Bible.
